Antique Accessories - This is an Victorian steel bead crochet Tam O Shanter coin purse with a silver lid that has two cherub angels.

The lid opens and closes properly, on inside rim is marked Pat No Mar 90 for March 1890. Outside diameter of rim is almost 2.25". Purse hangs down 2.38". 

The condition is wonderful. I don't see any missing beads.
